Damaged packages

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged package. If this happens, please contact us at support@helloskin.com.au within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order. Make sure to include photos of the damaged items or packaging. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a refund.
