If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details entered at checkout, or due to failure to collect the parcel from the post office within the required timeframe, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Re-delivery fees start from $10 AUD, and the final cost may vary depending on your location. This fee covers the cost of re-shipping your order and cannot be waived, as we are also charged return shipping by the courier.

Upon receiving the returned parcel, a member of the helloskin team will contact you via email or phone (depending on the contact information provided at checkout) to notify you, confirm your shipping details, and provide the re-delivery fee required to have your order resent.
